As a Turnover Lead, you’ll join our collaborative team. You will be responsible for facilitating coordination of meeting with sub-contractors to verify CTOP form requirements, you will assure critical pre-commissioning activities such as megger and continuity, testing and balancing, chemical cleaning and flushing, passivation, pressure testing are all properly documented. You will also utilize EIDA digital platform to review and create system turnover packages. EIDA will also be utilized to support documentation such as submittals, RFIs, drawings, specifications, and punch list data. In coordination with the project controls team, you will also provide a planned and documented approach for the final turnover of facilities, systems, and equipment to the CQV team in accordance with the P6 schedule.

You’ll be accountable for coordinating with the construction teams and CQV team to provide logical system and partial system boundaries that facilitate timely installation, construction completion, and turnover activities. You’ll be responsible for reading P&IDs, line diagrams, panel layouts, and CSA drawings as per system scope requirements. Coordination with the field construction quality team to resolved issues that arise from system walkdowns is required. You will facilitate the timely transfer of care, custody, and control of systems to client.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 5 years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma or Biotechnology projects

• Experience performing walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure

• Required to be onsite for the duration of this work

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Commissioning experience

• EIDA experience
