We are seeking an experienced part-time Finance Specialist to support a broad range of tasks that support the overall success of The Company:

Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable entries

Capture required supporting documentation for financial transactions

*

Review and verification of transactions in the accounting system

*

Process cash applications

*

Complete bank and credit card account reconciliations

*

Maintain, track, and reconcile multiple employee benefit accounts

*

Prepare journal entry, ACH, and payment forms for processing

*

Assist with data entry of employee and personnel information

*

Understanding of accounting and finance principles

*

Advanced Excel Skills

*

Ability to integrate information from multiple sources with accuracy and timeliness

*

Strong attention to detail

*

Ability to work independently

*

B.S. or B.A. in Finance or a related field of study
