Your Impact:
We are looking for a motivated information technology intern to join our team with experience in account management, office setup, patching windows/linux, and general ticket/user support. The intern will gain exciting real-world IT experience at a forward leaning company.
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Account creation/management
Patching duties for windows and linux
Collaborate with team members to support mission – imaging machines and day to day IT support
Scripts to help automate tasks
Learning about new technologies
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Qualifications:
Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,
and/or Mathematics
Experience with various programming languages: python, ansible, powershell, Go, C, C++, JavaScript
Strong communication skills; written and verbal
Knowledge of ticketing systems: Git, Remedy, Service Now, Heat, TrackIT
Self-motivated and results oriented
