Job Description:

Jacobs is seeking a Systems Engineer to help coordinate our development, deployment, and maintenance of our services and systems to a government customer. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated experience working across multiple areas of the System Engineering lifecycle. Responsibilities of this position include:

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Government customers and their representatives regarding program status and deliverables

• Conduct internal coordinate with multiple matrixed teams to ensure program success

• Build and maintain program plans and program schedules

• Maintain and manage update system documentation

• Build training material and conduct training sessions with system users

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Qualifications:

• BA/BS Business Information Technology, BA/BS Computer Science, BA/BS Computer Engineering, or similar degree

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required

• Demonstrated experience with System Engineering lifecycle

• 3-years’ experience working within the Intelligence Community

• Experience working within an incremental development framework

• Ability to coordinate within a diverse group of technical experts

• Must be willing to work on-site in Northern Virginia

Desired Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience providing technical documentation and presentations to customers

• Working knowledge of Linux

• Experience with Kubernetes environments

• Current DoD 8570 IAT II Certification (Security+) or higher certification or ability to obtain certification within 4 weeks of starting role

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
