Jacobs CS/C4 Imagery Analyst, Senior- TS/SCI in Charlottesville, Virginia

Your Impact:

Supports the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in the development of Foundational Future Order of Battle data for Joint Country Forces Analysis (JCOFA), Military Modernization (MILMOD) Program, and Analytic Enabling (AE) activities in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).

Responsibilities:

  • For assigned country, the Contractor shall provide input to all-source assessments and database updates, answer imagery RFIs, provide graphics of new equipment for inclusion in KEYS (NGA equipment identification site) and contribute to a wide variety NGIC assessments.

  • Imagery analysis input will be in graphic, written and oral format following NGIC and industry accepted standards.

  • In addition to commercially available geospatial intelligence applications, the Contractor shall use the following government-furnished software and hardware: Remote view, National Exploitation System research database, and Imagery Workstations.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • A minimum of one year experience analyzing military/DoD imagery in support of research on foreign mobile C4 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) or EW equipment.

  • Demonstrated ability to convert imagery analysis into database input and provide assessments explaining the logic behind the imagery analysis.

  • Working knowledge of the Research, Development and Acquisition process within major threat countries.

  • Working knowledge of General Military Intelligence (GMI) with experience on how foreign militaries exercise, train, deploy and fight.

  • Experience briefing imagery data at IC meetings, answering RFIs from Government analysts, providing graphics of new equipment for inclusion in KEYS (NGA equipment identification site) and contributing to a wide array of Intelligence Products.

Clearance Required:

  • TS/SCI

Preferred:

  • Desired experience is a minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Desired Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S.

  • Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
