Job Description :

· Provide input to all-source assessments and database updates, answer GMI requests for information (RFIs) and contribute to intelligence products.

· Present analysis input in writing following NGIC and IC accepted standards.

· Conduct intelligence research, i.e., gather data from current OB databases and common sources of intelligence, perform analysis to update existing units or to identify new units or equipment, and provide narrative inputs explaining the logic behind the analysis. During periods when JCOFA country production coincides with MILMOD production, the

· May be asked to assist in JCOFA production.

· Convert Government analysis to the specifics of units and equipment, e.g., add support equipment, personnel, munitions, and unit structure to weapons systems projected by Government analysts.

· Enter derived data into the MILMOD database using the JACOB database application. Entries shall be in accordance with the MILMOD Data Production Rules.

· Determine, correct, and report to the Government unintended conflicts or inconsistencies within the database.

· Run customized and standard database reports (Top-Down Hierarchy, TO&E Roll-Up, Unit List), to facilitate coordination with other Intelligence Centers and combatant commands.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

· Be an expert-level user of the JACOB database application.

· Proficient in the use of an OB database application with minimum of 2 years’ experience using the application and the demonstrated ability to build a futures OB database in the OB application by creating units, and adding weapons systems, equipment and personnel to the unit.

· In addition to being proficient in the use of the JACOB application, expert-level users are defined as having a minimum of 1 year experience executing Administrative Privileges within the JACOB application.

· Understand JCOFA and JACOB specific terminology, be able to build and produce JACOB database complex queries, pull reports for JCOFA,

· Understand Intelligence Community rules and how they apply to JCOFA and JACOB, experience with building, understand JCOFA and JACOB issues and how to troubleshoot daily issues within the program & database, and identify areas that are required for daily JCOFA & JACOB usage.

· Have experience briefing OB data at IC meetings, answering RFIs from Government analysts and contributing to a wide variety of Intelligence products.

· Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience using all-source data to analyze foreign forces, equipment, and C3 systems, converting the analysis into database format and providing narrative input explaining the logic behind the analysis.

Preferred:

· Desired Experience: 20 Years of relevant experience.

· Desired Education: Master’s Degree in area related to the labor category.
