Jacobs Project Manager/Senior Analyst in Charlottesville, Virginia
The Project Manager (PJM) leads an analytic team in support of government client mission requirements. The PJM manages schedules and coordinates key deliverables, supervises quick-turn intelligence responses in support of mission operations, and communicates with government client to maintain awareness on the current requirements, project milestones, and deliverables.
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Effectively coordinate all-source and technical intelligence analysts across multiple geographical sites to produce intelligence driven products in a timely manner
-Review, edit, and provide feedback to junior analysts to ensure products meet S&TI standards and are in conformance with Intelligence Community
Directives, specifically Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and 206 Analytic Integrity Standards (AIS).
Here’s What You’ll Need:
-Technical understanding of RF engineering, digital signal processing, software/hardware engineering, and telecommunications engineering.
-Knowledge of RCIED exploitation, testing, and technical evaluation.
-The Project Manager/Senior Analyst must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Defense, Military or Scientific & Technical Intelligence community.
-Contractor must have a minimum of 10 years of management and supervisory experience, and five years of project management experience.
-Contractor must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in writing and reviewing S&TI assessments in conformance with Intelligence Community Directives, specifically ICD 203 and 206 Analytic Integrity Standards.
-Contractor must possess the technical knowledge and work experience in the following
-RF engineering, digital signal processing, software/hardware engineering, and telecommunications engineering.
-Contractor must have a working knowledge in RCIED exploitation, testing and technical evaluation. Must have the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
