Your Impact:

Our team is looking to add an experienced Scheduler in support of a multi-billion-dollar airport capital Redevelopment Program. The redevelopment will occur in the middle of an active airport. The existing terminal and concourses will remain operational while the new facility is built in place in a phased approach. This position allows for the opportunity to be a major contributor to the growth of one of the busiest airports in the world as part of the program management team. The position will report directly to the Schedule Manager. This position requires the individual to be based at the airport with the program management team.

**The position will be as part of a joint venture team and the selected candidate will be hired by one of the JV partners.

Scheduler Position Responsibilities:

• Review and Update scheduling information from design and construction teams into master schedule.

• Evaluate variance reports showing changes from previously submitted schedules.

• Implement specific instructions and work assignments received from the Schedule Manager.

• Coordinate as directed scheduled impact analysis and review of claims, change orders, engineers’ bulletins and updates.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly schedule updates.

• Creates reports, spreadsheets, and logs as required.

• Coordinates and creates time-phased performance measures.

• Creates conceptual schedules from engineering documents, assembling phasing for use in bid documents.

• Prepare, coordinate and deliver program and project scheduling presentations to internal management and to the client, as required.

• Will work closely with the Senior Project Managers, Managers and team.

• Other duties as assigned.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years experience

• Expert level user of Primavera P6

• Experienced in resource and cost loading P6 schedules.

• Experienced in Excel and other Microsoft suite products

• Experienced in reviewing and approving contractor’s and consultant’s baseline schedules
