Your Impact:

As a key member of our Chicago collaborative program support team, you’ll will have the chance to work on the CTR Join Venture that provides program management services to the Chicago Department of Water Management (CDWM). As part of the program team supporting CDWM’s Capital Improvement Program, CTR oversees program cost and schedule management. The primary responsibility of the program controls analyst is to provide financial and schedule analysis for various activities of CDWM’s capital improvement program and support administration of the Program’s Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting

  • At least 3 years of project cost/schedule controls experience related to engineering and construction

  • Proficiency in use of Primavera P6 software for CPM scheduling, cost management, change management, resource management and report preparation

  • Experience updating or maintaining Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and PMIS workflows.

  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and advanced capability in use of MS Excel, MS Access capability and Power BI

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

  • Ability to analyze program/project financials, track/analyze cost/schedule performance, and support update of cost/schedule projections.

  • Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly to changing demands
