Project Manager – Revenue Systems Solutions

We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our Revenue Systems Solutions practice managing and contributing to a team of 4-6 professionals in support of our client’s tolling program. You will foster and sustain the client relationship by anticipating, recognizing, and addressing client needs and expectations. You will plan and execute task order work; lead coordination with client technical staff and stakeholders, tolling vendors, subconsultants, and third-party service providers; and monitor and report on project performance and financials.

  • Progressive project management experience in a technical field

  • A working knowledge of toll systems and operations to serve as a credible resource for our clients

  • Ability to effectively manage a team of individuals and provide effective client support in a rapidly evolving environment

  • Ability to ensure the delivery of tasks and project assignments by staff within expected timeframes, budget, and level of quality expected by the client

  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communications skills for providing clear and logical thought processes to effectively manage and direct a diverse team of professionals

  • Three (3) references from within the last 5years who can speak to your professional abilities

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • General understanding of the tolling industry such as toll policy and planning, business rules, technology trends, procurements, implementations, operations and maintenance

  • Direct experience with toll system technologies, as well as toll operations and maintenance processes

  • Technical experience with modern CRM and financial systems, especially SAP

  • Strong demonstrated experience in a consultant role managing and supporting lane or back office toll system development, implementation, integration and testing, commissioning, and operations and maintenance

  • Experience in preparing cost estimates for tolling project services and systems including capital system costs, operational costs, maintenance costs, and conducting cost benefit analyses

  • Direct experience in testing, validation, and operational oversight of toll systems verifying conformances with performance requirements and client expectations

  • PMP certification
