We are looking for a driven and curious Senior Estimator professional in Chicago, in support of a multi-billion-dollar airport capital Redevelopment Program.

As a key member of our Chicago collaborative program support team, you’ll have the chance to work on project teams using your expertise in forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earn value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow and reporting tools.

Our team is looking to add an experienced Estimator in support of a multi-billion-dollar airport capital Redevelopment Program. The redevelopment will occur in the middle of an active airport. The existing terminal and concourses will remain operational while the new facility is built in place in a phased approach. This position allows for the opportunity to be a major contributor to the growth of one of the busiest airports in the world as part of the program management team. The position will report directly to the Estimating Manager. This position requires the individual to be based at the airport with the program management team.

**The position will be as part of a joint venture team and the selected candidate will be hired by one of our JV partners.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

•A Bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture or other technical field

•Significant estimating experience

•Building and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing-MEP experience

•Experience with Primavera P6

•Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues

•Specific experience in CPM Scheduling with Primavera P6, cost engineering functions, including cost control, change management and cost projection analysis

•Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues

•Proficient in Quantity Takeoffs, Rate Analysis and Preparing cost estimates at various levels of completion (Conceptual, Schematic, DD CD, etc.)

•Advanced Computer skills and experience using Estimating software

•Cost Estimating of MEP Scope of work

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other business management related degree

•Primavera P6 resource and cost loading

•Program level related experience.

•Skills with Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access), Power BI and dashboard development

•MS Project experience

•Cost estimating experience

•CCP/CPE/PMP/CCM certifications
