As a Structural Design Technician Intermediate part of our Appleton, Wisconsin team, you will apply experience and skills to complete assigned work and work within standard operating procedures and analytical methods on industrial projects at facilities in consumer products, pulp & paper, foundry, power & utilities, grains, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, wind tunnels, warehouse data distribution, electronics, chemical, gas & oil, and industrial structures. You will develop designs that require innovation and ingenuity. As part of multi-discipline project teams, you will have Project Designer responsibilities with moderate instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior level professionals. We will tap into your talents as you work with clients, team members, and other disciplines in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Drafting and Design Technology, Architectural Technology - Associate Degree, or a related degree from an accredited Technology Program with curriculum including basic computer aided drafting design in Structural and Architectural concepts
Proficient with Revit
2 years of structural CADD experience
Complete understanding of how to read drawings
Word and Excel experience
Desire to eventually develop into a Lead Designer
Ideally, you will also have:
Navisworks and Bluebeam experience
Self-driven time management and organizational skills
