We are looking for passionate and dedicated Entry-Level Water Resources/Environmental Engineers and Water/ Environmental Engineering Interns to join our teams across the country, supporting local water and wastewater authorities.

As a key member of our Water team, you'll be involved in diverse projects that can broaden your knowledge in the water resources and environmental areas. These tasks include data collection and analysis, developing and applying hydraulic models for water distribution systems optimization, task coordination, and evaluation of infiltration and inflow studies. Using industry and our cutting-edge, proprietary tools and modeling software, you'll assist with delivering projects and serving and developing clients. Working with other members of our team, you'll work on projects evaluating and selecting the best treatment approach to solve a client’s challenges and planning and designing treatment systems and plant improvements.

Here's What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Water Resources, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field.
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within a year of hire
Familiarity with hydraulic analysis, open channel flow, technical reports, andor feasibility studies
Strong self-motivation, problem-solving, and team-oriented work practices with excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and multitasking ability
Ideally, You May Also Have:
- Previous internship or project experience dealing with water resources or environmental feasibility studies, preparing preliminary engineering reports for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, evaluating water resources projects, and/or analyzing water networks and sewer collection systems.
