We’re seeking a Graduate/Intermediate Civil Engineer to join our Christchurch Three Waters Infrastructure team for an immediate/2021 start . You'll help us deliver the impactful water solutions of tomorrow through the design, project management and construction management of water infrastructure assets such as pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, stormwater assets and flood alleviation schemes.

Our team is currently delivering the largest water infrastructure project awarded in New Zealand, the Central Interceptor, and there are opportunities to be exposed to this exciting project as well as working on a variety of projects nationally. Due to our business structure, you will also have the opportunity to work on projects in Australia, not to mention the global opportunities Jacobs can offer should you wish to gain international experience in the future.

Due to the diverse nature of projects we undertake, you will gain a broad depth of experience to align with your professional development. You will be exposed to all elements of infrastructure delivery, including; feasibility studies, asset management, project/design management, detailed design and construction management. Our non-hierarchical structure and team culture will allow you to work shoulder to shoulder with our industry leading principals, helping you achieve your career goals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Ideally, you’ll hold a university degree in Civil Engineering and are passionate about Water solutions. Bring your curiosity, collaborative spirit and strong communication skills, and we’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfil what drives you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together.
