As global supply and demand for water intensifies, solving the world’s most complex water challenges demands different thinking – and that’s where we come in. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Water Resources Engineer to join our growing Water team in Cleveland, Ohio.

You’ll be part of diverse multi-discipline teams in the delivery of water resources, drainage, hydrology and hydraulics design projects within our local and regional water groups.

Your leadership ability will give you the opportunity to lead projects and interface directly with our clients, while serving as both a mentor and coach for our junior level staff.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related engineering discipline

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • Experience in CAD (AutoCAD and/or MicroStation) and ESRI ArcGIS

  • Proficient understanding and knowledge of frequently used modeling software such as HEC-RAS, SWMM based programs, and InfoWorks ICM

  • Demonstrated work experience in serving various clients involving a wide variety of fields including drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance systems

  • Technical writing, reviewing, and providing clear, concise input to investigations, memorandums, or solutions reports Working knowledge and understanding of local and state design codes and standards

Ideally You’ll Also Have:

  • Masters with emphasis in hydrology/hydraulics, water resources Related local water experience Active participation in professional organizations for marketing, industry recognition, and networking
