The role of Project Manager is a key Leadership role, being responsible for:

  • Ensure compliance with Company Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health procedures

  • Defining, maintaining and monitoring project specific procedures and quality assurance plans

  • Providing project reporting and forecasting against the project programs to the client and in house

  • Reviewing and implementing project delivery strategies that meet company objectives, and recommending revisions to achieve project expectations

  • Establishing and managing the budget for project delivery

  • Responding to customer feedback

  • Being proactively involved in developing project delivery strategies

  • Responsible to deliver project in quality, in time and in budget

  • Problem solving attitude

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Minimum of a Degree (or equivalent) and proven track record in project delivery role within Project Management

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Project Management in engineering firms

  • Specific experience in Data Center projects delivery in Europe, greenfield and/or brownfield, of a size above 20MW in the last 5 years

  • Successfully manage hyperscale or colocation Data Center design projects in Europe with main international Clients

  • Experience in managing multi-office projects

  • Ability to plan, control and monitor design, procurement, construction and commissioning

  • To provide personnel with the support and mentoring necessary to ensure the highest degree of professional application across the project management function and working relationships commensurate with the ethics of the profession

  • Excellent written, communication and organizational skills and excellent oral, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Excellent problem solving and team working skills including being able to rapidly engage with a team

  • Leadership and people management

Other requirements:

  • Fluent English language knowledge, both written and spoken, is a must. Italian language extremely fluent/mother tongue

  • Availability to frequent travels or short term assignments abroad is required by the position.

  • High level of Safety Awareness
