SENIOR PIPING COORDINATOR

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree is must

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in Piping Department of a big organisation

  • Must have thorough knowledge in Piping layout, Pipe routing, Support design, Stress Analysis, PMS/VMS, MTO control, Material requisitions, Bid evaluation and 3D design model reviews

  • Knowledge of International codes is essential

  • Should have knowledge in PDS/PDMS/SP3D modeling software & SPR/Navisworks review

  • Should be able to lead and guide a team of engineers and designers

  • Should have experience in lead role for FEED and Detail Engineering projects with exposure to field engineering activities

  • Should know manpower planning, scheduling, man-hour estimate, etc.

  • Should able to analyze the design changes and communicate the impact of changes with respect to budget and project schedule and aware of change notes

  • Participation in 3D model reviews

  • Should have leadership qualities and good communication verbal and written skills so as to communicate with client and lead offices

  • Be able to mentor small project leads

  • Should be able to add value plus/optimization ideas

  • Undertake developmental activities like preparation of work instructions/procedures / guidelines

  • Ensure completion of project within budget, schedule & quality

  • Should able to contribute in development and growth of people

  • Providing superior value and lower cost to the client

  • Should able to contribute in continual improvement in productivity and quality

  • Experience in following fields would be added advantage:

  • Should have good presentation skills

  • Good leadership quality

  • Revamp project experience.

  • ISO Quality Management procedures

  • Should have taken management training/course/certification

  • Should be willing to travel for work

  • Experience in pharmaceutical & chemical industry
