Description

Jacobs is seeking a qualified Client Support Administrator to support the newly awarded NISSC II contract. Your career at Jacobs enables NISSC to fulfill its mission to “provide classified communications and processing for Command and Control (C2) capability in organizational work centers at NISSC sites.” As a member of our team, you will support corporate and customer mission to provide world-class IT services and support that connects systems and users across NORAD in the areas of software development/maintenance, network services, cyber security, systems administration, and other mission-critical areas.

In this position you will:

  • Perform a wide variety of operation and maintenance services, including fabrication, installation, and troubleshooting activities.

  • Operate, install, fabricate, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment or ADPE and instrumentation systems.

  • Fabricate, checkout, troubleshoot, and repais electronic systems or complex electronic or electromechanical test equipment.

  • Operate and maintain electromechanical equipment or systems required to receive and deliver cryogenic fluids.

  • May assist in fabrication of mechanical components. Perform as a member of the test team.

  • Fabricate and maintain complex mechanical and electromechanical systems and operates hydrologic and hydraulic equipment.

  • Assure calibration and certification of primary measurement standards used in electronic or electromechanical test equipment.

  • Provide technical direction to other technicians. Serves as lead technician.

  • Perform other duties as required, such as assisting in developing cost and schedule estimated for tasks or performance of data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Requires an AS degree or equivalent in an appropriate and relevant discipline from an accredited school, college, or university and 10 years or more of relevant experience.

  • May require certification on specific systems.

  • Requires demonstrated leadership ability.
