The government client requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for any/all positions that will require travel.

Full vaccination (against COVID-19) is defined as: an individual must be either two weeks past the last shot of a two-shot vaccination sequence, or two weeks past the only shot of a one-shot vaccination sequence.

Description of Duties:

The Integrated Scheduling Tool Software Engineer supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

  • Maintain the legacy Integrated Scheduling Tool (IST) application utilizing the Microsoft stack in support of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Asset Management process.

  • Ensure daily publishing of accurate schedules.

  • Maintain IA compliance.

  • Identify and resolve documented issues.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the BMDS Operational Readiness Reporting process and the Warfighter Requests for Analysis and Information process.

The successful candidate will:

  • Perform independently as well as within a team.

  • Have technical documentation skills, excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Have the ability to break down complex concepts and data in order to make them accessible to others.

Relocation assistance may be available

This position will be filled at Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO.

This position is expected to pay $127,500 - $137,500 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 14 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 12 years of general experience; Master's degree and 10 years of general experience.

  • If this position requires travel selected candidate must be willing to provide proof of fully vaccinated (against COVID-19) status? (the process of which must be completed prior to the anticipated start date)

  • Must have 8 years of related experience with Microsoft Stack to include: Visual Studio, .Net, SQL Server, C#, Visual Basic and JavaScript

  • Must have 5 years of experience working in a management or leadership role

  • Must have, or obtain within 6 months of start date, a current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security+ CE)

  • Must have an active DoD Secret, or higher, Security Clearance

Desired Requirements:

  • Have experience with: JQuery, JSON, Angular, React, D3, node.js

  • Have a degree in Computer Science or related discipline
