The Buffalo Group a Subsidiary of Jacobs is seeking a Tradecraft Developer / Trainer, Senior.
The responsibilities of the Tradecraft Developer / Trainer include, but are not limited to, assisting in the development and planning of training and exercises to drive Intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
The Tradecraft Developer / Trainer shall coordinate the development and refinement of space operational intelligence doctrine, tradecraft, training and curricula to support the development of the intelligence components of the Space Operations Force and USSPACECOM in coordination with the IC and relevant military intelligence organizations. Executes the curricula and lesson plans to train space operational intelligence professionals and others as required. Assesses exercises for lessons learned, to identify gaps in tradecraft and training for USSPACECOM Intelligence Enterprise. The Tradecraft Developer / Trainer shall prepare documents, briefings, and other correspondence to support assigned duties and highlight successes and shortfalls to J2 senior leadership.

Typical salary range for this position is $114,000 to $125,000 , and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
The Tradecraft Developer / Trainer shall possess at least six years’ experience in space intelligence.
Desired Requirements (nice to have but not required, ex. Education):
Master’s degree and experience in all source analysis. Ideal candidate will have experience in training and instruction.
A Combatant Command experience, Service level intelligence experience and foundational all source intelligence training is highly desired.
Most work will be done at a desk or computer.
General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.
Equipment & Machines:
General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements. Must be willing to travel as needed. Must take and pass a drug test and background check as well as a motor vehicle records check. Must be a US citizen.
