We are looking for a driven and passionate design-focused Senior Highway/Roadway Project Manager to support our growing transportation team in Ohio.

As a key member of our team, based in any one of our major Ohio offices, you’ll have the chance to lead multi-disciplined transportation projects that focus on challenging highway, roadway, and interchange projects and pursuits. Your immediate assignments as Project Manager will be to oversee and manage transportation projects throughout Ohio and be responsible for managing project teams to perform preliminary and final design engineering and prepare construction plan documents to satisfy requirements for local and state roadway projects.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or other related engineering discipline

  • Professional Engineering License (PE)

  • Demonstrated experience managing various types of roadway design projects including design and plan development of new and rehabilitation highway projects

  • Proficiency with MicroStation, Geopak, and Open Roads Designer and a variety of transportation engineering analysis and design software

  • Understanding of and practical experience applying the AASHTO design guidelines to transportation projects

  • Established local and DOT client relationships

  • Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects

Ideally, Here’s What You’ll Also Have:

  • An emphasis on transportation projects with prior Ohio DOT experience

  • Experience with alternative project delivery methods, preparing project approaches, and fee estimates for proposals
