At Jacobs, we’re transforming intangible ideas into innovative solutions, designing the future - today. We’re looking for a Global Proposal/Marketing Coordinator who will help communicate Jacobs’ vision and values to internal and external audiences in authentic and compelling ways.

This position can be 100% remote, preferred NE location for timezone alignments with co-workers.

What You Will Work On

The core focus of this role will be to support proposal and marketing activities for Sales. Specific responsibilities may include the following:

  • Under the direction of the Sales Operations Manager, coordinate and develop a wide range of internal and external business development content including proposals, qualifications, presentations, creative briefs, business communications, etc.

  • Collects company data and/or conducts internal/external research as appropriate for opportunity response documents and/or strategy development.

  • Develops and maintains sales qualification materials (including resumes, project descriptions, contract data, and organization charts) and supporting information in designated information management systems (SharePoint).

  • Proofs and edits technical and non-technical documents for consistency and compliance with client requirements.

  • Support communications and event planning activities at industry events.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

  • Minimum 3+ years in professional role requiring exceptional written and verbal communication; strong preference for experience within corporate communications, employee communications and/or agency environments

  • Strong presentation creation and delivery skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while balancing creativity with organization in a fast-moving environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms; experience using content management systems and/or employee communications tools preferred

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Proficiency in SalesForce and the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience marketing professional services to the technology, electronics, data center and/or manufacturing industries

  • Experience working at a multinational company or company with international operations
