You’ll help coordinate the purchasing of materials and all activities involved with procuring goods for new projects - big and small. With knowledge on supply-chain procurement solutions, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with your project team to develop and prepare procurement plans and proposal RFPs. You’ll tap into both your creative and analytical sides as you support each phase of the bid process from vendor and product selection to order changes to auditing budgetary data.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Experience using MS Office tools, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

  • BS or MS in an accredited program is preferred – preferably focusing on Business Administration, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail, work ethic, problem-solving skills and professional judgment

  • Must have the ability to work and thrive in a team environment
