We’re looking for a driven * * Project Enginee r to grow with our team located at our client’s site in Cortlandt, NY . Reporting directly to the Project Manager you’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques. You will oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality with safety being our highest priority. You will also provide support by developing and maintaining project cost/change controls, project budget, and change order estimates/negotiations.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering
1-3 years of experience working on building construction or civil projects
Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components
Valid drivers license and ability to drive to client sites as needed
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ideally, You’ll Also Have: _ _
Previous intern experience in a construction environment is highly desirable, with an understanding of the construction process and coordination of various entities in the industry
Professional certification, such as Construction Manager-in-Training (CMIT), Engineer in Training (EIT)
