We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to be based out of Corruna, ON who will take on technical assignments and be part of the leadership team in SW Ontario and will enjoy an exciting, challenging, and rewarding career with a stable and growing company.

You'll be an energetic and entrepreneurial individual with strong character and technical background with an interest in further developing and honing your inherent leadership and interpersonal skills through team engagement to address meaningful challenges on behalf of our clients.

You'll be responsible for providing hands on support to the operations team as well as supporting the leadership team in the development and implementation of a wide range of custom-tailored operations and maintenance solutions. Learning and development outcomes include overall management and leadership of the project including profit and loss, permit compliance, safety, quality, and client relationship management. You'll also provide leadership and management for specific leadership assignments including staff engagement, planning and scheduling.

You'll implement safety policy and procedures; Empower and engage team members; Maintain the operation process control including compliance with regulatory agencies; Develop and administer the project financial plan and budget; Provide leadership in Operations and Maintenance quality process; Build and maintain positive business relationships; Administer company policy and procedures; Develop the annual Project Business Plan; Maintain CMMS maintenance programs.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Associates or 2 year degree

  • At least 5 years Supervisory Experience in the water and waste water industry required

  • Valid Ontario class G driver's license

  • Valid Class III or IV WWT, WWC, WT, and/or WD&S license or ability to obtain within 1 year required

  • Strong working knowledge of applicable water and waste water regulations

  • Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment as well as water distribution and wastewater collection systems

  • Working conditions /Physical requirements: indoor /outdoor; inclement weather; heavy lifting. PPE is provided.
