We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Civil Engineer to join our Corvallis, Oregon office. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on Mission Critical, Healthcare, Federal, Electric Vehicle and Industrial projects where you will play a role in the entire design process, including but not limited to, preliminary assessments, concept creation, design, problem resolution, drawing and specification production. We’ll ask you to:

• Manage the ongoing progress of a project task or segment, including the coordination of the project with City, County, and State officials, and other outside agencies.

• Use your problem-solving skills to resolve a variety of complex problems, (i.e. conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, difficult coordination requirements).

• Utilize your technical expertise mentoring junior team members to help your team discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward.

• Coordinate with other engineering trades including process, structural, architectural, and electrical engineers to produce fully functioning facility designs.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in CA

• At least 7+ years within the AEC (Architectural, Engineering, and Construction) industry experience

• At least 7+ years of civil design experience for (site civil work, municipal, private and public sectors, buildings) projects

• At least 5 years of (AutoCAD Civil3D) design experience

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas

• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

• Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

• Passionate about civil design, buildings, data centers, and construction

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Civil 3D, BIM360, and ProjectWise proficiency and experience

• Experience developing and modeling Civil 3D design surfaces and civil site pipeline systems

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
