We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Odor Control Engineer in Corvallis, Oregon. As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our municipal clients’ water and wastewater challenges locally and worldwide.
You’ll be charged with performing a variety of odor control engineering work from the initial planning to the design phases for systems, equipment, and processes. Using your experience and working with others you’ll perform studies, develop odor control masterplans, conduct field investigations consisting of air sampling, liquid sampling, and equipment assessment. You’ll be responsible for developing construction documentation such as design drawings, specifications, subcontracts, and equipment requisition requirements.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field from an accredited university or college
3-10 years of experience in various aspects of odor control areas including vapor phase treatment technologies, liquid phase treatment technologies, and odor control standards and approaches
A thorough experience in odor control calculations including fan and equipment sizing, static pressure calculations, ventilation calculations, and odor removal calculations. The candidate fully understands the coordination requirements of odor control systems other project disciplines and possesses
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Professional Engineer License (PE)
