As a vital member of our Corvallis team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on transportation projects that focus on highway and roadway design. You’ll also have the opportunity to use your site civil skills to work on water and wastewater projects. Drawing from your industry knowledge, you’ll work independently with moderate guidance with a team of highway,roadway and site civil technicians and design engineers. You’ll be responsible for creating drawings and simulations using software tools and resources supporting our clients’ overall project goals.

Our Engineering Technicians work our site civil, highway and roadway design engineers and project managers to provide top service to our clients. Each day will consist of creating layouts, sketches, 2D/3D modeling and electronic drawing files for construction, while utilizing firm-provided resources to create detailed drawings of transportation structures.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Technical Degree in CADD

  • At least 3 years experience detailing site civil, highway and roadway designs

  • Experience with MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD, Civil 3D

  • Solid teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Experience with Department of Transportation or water projects
