As leader of the Global Cyber Security Architecture team, you’ll shepherd global operational security activities including assessment, development, recommendation and implementation of security controls within the corporate technology environments. In addition to leading and continuing to develop your team, you’ll drive effective resource allocation, project management, budget input, report development supporting endpoint security, infrastructure security, security information and event management, in addition to proactively researching and analyzing various controls for continuous improvement. You’ll ensure that system architecture reference controls align with NIST 800-171 to adequately protect, monitor, and maintain compliance with corporate security policies.

You’ll help the expert Cyber Architecture team discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward. You'll guide them to identify, implement and support security solutions following corporate internal standards. This includes troubleshooting of the infrastructure, supporting monitoring tools and to engage with business and other IT functions to understand use cases, to deploy and maintain appropriate security tools/solutions. Your collaboration and business acumen will help you understand and articulate the high-level principles, requirements and progress of initiatives and controls clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You’re the security design authority on cross-functional projects, mergers, acquisitions, divestures, and any proposed changes to the technical environment. Your role keeps our company connected and secure, and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.

Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

  • At least 12 years of relevant Information Technology or Cyber Security experience

  • Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; or a significant combination of technical certifications and/or direct experience

  • One or more professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH, CISA, GIAC, GSIP, GCIH, GCFE, etc.)

  • Direct experience managing a team of technical personnel

  • Experience supporting global environments

  • Network security control experience including IPSEC VPN gateways, layer 3-7 next generation firewalls, web filters, IPS, IDS, ACLs, DLP, etc.

  • Experience supporting Privilege Management and Application Whitelisting technologies

  • Vulnerability management experience

  • Remote access methods and controls

  • Experience deploying and managing AV and EDR platforms

  • Multifactor authentication experience

  • Encryption and certificate/key management experience

  • Experience with Linux operating systems

  • High aptitude for troubleshooting

  • Excellent written, verbal and collaboration skills

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic

  • ERP security controls experience (Oracle, PeopleSoft)

  • Strong knowledge of security vulnerabilities, threats, and risk mitigation activities for IT infrastructure, security devices, applications, systems and endpoints

  • In depth knowledge of networking protocols and hardware configuration (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, etc.)

  • Ability to analyze data from multiple systems and sources

  • Advanced project planning and management skills to complete projects and activities within established goals

  • Ability to work effectively with vendors, staff, management and end users at all knowledge levels

  • MS Azure and AWS cloud security experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading global scale security projects.

  • Advanced knowledge of Cyber-related compliance standards; ISO27001, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, CMMC, SOX, etc
