As an IT Regional ProjectWise Functional Leader, you’ll work closely with the local business, cultivate and be the key player for your region defining the strategic direction of ProjectWise in partnership and coordination with the other Regional Leads reporting to the Global ProjectWise Lead. Your contributions help our project teams manage, share, review and distribute critical engineering project content in a single platform. You’ll build and foster important relationships with our Lines of Business to understand current and future ProjectWise requirements, with the regional ProjectWise support team to provide guidance and direction, and with vendors to ensure current and future needs are met. You will also play a key role in setting up new projects, setting up data source folders structure, workflows in ProjectWise and general activities to support our large user base across the business.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Advanced, progressive experience in the Administration of Engineering Information/Document Management systems, with minimum 8 years’ experience Proven success in all aspects of Advanced ProjectWise Administration

  • Advanced understanding of extended ProjectWise features such as:

  • ProjectWise design integration

  • ProjectWise workflow and rules engine

  • ProjectWise roles/permissions

  • ProjectWise Deliverables Management

  • Knowledge of the Bentley cloud hosted platform

  • Knowledge of PowerShell Scripts

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Strong understanding of ProjectWise infrastructure

  • Strategic thinker with vision and ability to articulate, document and implement the vision

  • Ability to coordinate and lead a dispersed team inclusive of different cultures

  • Team player who can work well with both technical and management team members

  • Can work, plan and lead in a structured and logical way

  • Excellent communication / documentation skills

  • Problem solving and willingness to learn, demonstrate flexibility and adaptable to the changing needs of the business.

  • Experienced in coordinating with software vendors

  • Industry experience on major projects
