As a Senior Mechanical Engineer to work with our Dallas/Fort Worth Team, you’ll support highly confidential clients across the world to include projects that span from the Mission Critical Market, Data Centers, Advanced Facilities, Campus Planning and more. Our clients are unique in that they foster a peer development approach by working with the multi discipline teams as one cohesive team. You will be most successful if you embrace their team and our team of Architects and Engineers as a collaborative team. They will face a myriad of issues and lean on you for expert advice as you steer them through providing sound solutions and strategy.
It is a natural progression, because of the high visibility and contact with confidential projects and clients, to have the opportunity to develop existing relationships and identify new clients to secure new business opportunity.
In this role you’ll work to develop your team of Architects and Engineers to foster their development. Ultimately bringing leadership to the next level by connecting our capabilities across all regions within the Mission Critical Market. We’ll rely on you to provide sound guidance and strategic advice to both your team and clients.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering (BSAE)
At least10 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer
Professional Engineer (PE) Licensed
Ideally * * You’ll Also Have: * *
Knowledge of BIM, LOD definitions, proficiency in review of BIM models
Proficient in Revit, 3D CADD
