We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our building design group for our highly confidential clients and projects. This position would work with the Dallas/Fort Worth team and ideally be able to meet in-person when needed. This strategic role will have a strong focus on managing project from design conception to completion. Projects consist of the stage before IT would be involved and will support building of Data Centers, Advanced Facilities campus Planning, and the overall Mission Critical Market. You Will have high visibility and contact with confidential projects and clients. Thus, allowing you the opportunity to develop existing relationships and identify new clients to secure new business opportunity. With the collaboration from our talented sales team you will be integral to supporting the proposal process.
In this role you’ll work to develop your team of fellow project managers foster their development. Ultimately bringing leadership to the next level by connecting our capabilities across all regions within the Mission Critical Market. We’ll rely on you to provide sound guidance and strategic advice to both your team and clients.

This is a remote position
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelors of Science in an Engineering discipline or Architecture
At least10 years’ experience in the industry, with at least a minimum of 5 years in Project Management of Data Center
*Ideally You’ll Also Have: *
Be able to leverage existing releationships to bring new business to Jacobs.
Experience in being part of the management of large design of Data Center project of high complexity
Knowledge of Data Center codes and standards for building
Knowledge of Planning, Knowledge of LEED Certification / Green Building concepts
Knowledge of Uptime institute requirements, engineering requirements for different tiers of data center, availability calculation etc
Knowledge of BIM, LOD definitions, proficiency in review of BIM models
