Jacobs Strategic Digital Partnership Analyst in Dallas, Texas
Advancing and integrating our ecosystems and digital solutions into our overall offerings is critical to solving our clients’ challenges, differentiating Jacobs in the marketplace and improving profitability. The Strategic Digital Partnership Analyst will serve as a conduit to collaborate with our global market directors and digital market leaders to incorporate digital solutions across our core markets. This also includes partnering with growth and sales to articulate our clients' challenges and develop unique value propositions, create operational synergies and digital efficiencies across the organization and overseeing our global market and geographic digital solutions leaders. Team success will be measured by clear utilization and gross margin targets, as well as contributing to a robust pipeline of opportunities that incorporate
digital solutions and partnerships into our key whitespace areas, major programs and top prospects while continuing to develop additional solutions that differentiate Jacobs. This role will be embedded within our Digital & Data (D&D) business unit and will coordinate efforts to create operational alliances both internally and externally.
What you will do:
Focus on key relationships with our most strategic partners, defining joint value propositions with those partners and expanding our portfolio of differentiated market offers
Develop close relationships with key technical stakeholders and key partners
Provide consultative sales positioning to help with new business development
Conduct live presentations, including diagnostic evaluations and demonstrations to understand prospective partner needs and educate on the value of Jacob’s products and services
Work with other sales and delivery professionals to drive increases in revenue for the D&D Business Unit
Provide valuable insights from partner development meetings to inform future initiatives and new development inquiries
Manage initiatives for growing number of partners through vetting, contract support, partner enablement activities, pipeline management and monitoring of partner KPIs
Develop deep understanding of the product and solutions offerings within D&D to become an effective and professional representative of the organization
Identify new revenue streams and collaborative opportunities including innovative ways to reach new organizations
Work as a part of a team to grow development strategies while optimizing existing processes and approaches
Efficiently analyze data to create and recommend new engagement strategies
Consistently and effectively track communications and outreach with past and current partners
5+ years in sales, partnerships or related field
Ability to organize, manage and champion a development plan to completion
Ability to gather, interpret and act upon market data
Experience in developing and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities to grow key sales goals
Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product or service from senior management within the organization as well as externally
Ability to interface well with and develop a rapport with internal and external constituents
Strong understanding of Jacobs markets, customers, products, dynamics and competition
Experience and ability to use market and research sales data
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data driven decisions
Creative ability to find new ways for new opportunities to be developed and finding completely new roots to market
Strong negotiation skills to ensure that agreed upon terms are favorable to the organization
