By joining our Dallas team of traffic/transportation professionals, we’ll expand on your civil engineering studies through corridor studies, traffic simulation modeling, signal timing & operations, and traffic signal & ITS design. This work associated with our traffic/transportation projects will give you a look into your future career and enhance your engineering knowledge and experience.

You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in an accredited program with an emphasis in transportation

  • Interest in Traffic

  • Must be at least a rising Junior

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • 3.0 GPA

  • Knowledge of Microstation, HCS, Synchro software

  • A previous internship related to your field of study

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs

  • Self-driven time management and organizational skills
