Our Visual Media group consists of creative and inspiring artists and developers responsible for producing interactive multi-dimensional media solutions. We are looking for people to join our diverse and engaged team who can bring strong aesthetic and visionary technological capabilities and thinking to our group. 

Typical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Game Development using common real-time games engines (Unity + Unreal Editor): Asset Development and editing, UI/UX design, Level design, Interaction design, Unity Scripting/Blueprint editing/development

3D Modeling: environment generation, texturing, lighting

XR App Development: AR/VR solutions: Use of a wide range of commercial hardware (Oculus, Hololens) and SDK solutions (ARKit, ARcore)

Other skills we consider/prefer:

UI/UX Design/Development (Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)

Interactive media development (HTML, Mobile Applications: Android + iOS)

2D/3D Motion Graphics + Post Production (Adobe After Effects, Fusion)

Offline Rendering (Autodesk 3dsmax, Chaos VRay/Vantage, TwinMotion)

Daily tasks will involve the use a variety of the above listed softwares and tools. Our team will have you working with our team members initially to develop and deliver projects. There will also be opportunities to independently deliver projects and interface with our clients. We ask all potential candidates to be open to working on a diverse type of projects and technological strategies that may not yet be defined.

In addition to technical skills, we want you to build and generate internal business and clientele by:

Management of internal teams and projects

Identifying potential new teammates

Identification and development of new proposals and projects in coordination with Visual Media group leadership

External client interface

Intermittent travel 

Advancement of Visual Media strategies, technologies and offerings as well as speaking at client and industry conferences

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • At least 5 years creative media experience

  • At least 2 years Unreal Engine or Unity experience

  • BS degree, in a related field of study

  • Strong visual, verbal and written communications skills

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables using game engines like Unity and/or Unreal

*Ideally You'll Also Have: *

  • Experience with the process of publishing/submitting applications to the Apple and Google app stores

  • Experience with User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, and/or UI Design and implementation

  • Experience setting and using version control systems in a production environment
