Sign-Off Test Planner
Create and develop Prototype Vehicle Specifications for units requested
Create & develop prototype test plans for dedicated Electrical units
Work collaboratively with test requesters and test planning to ensure all testing needs are captured on test plans
Ensure test plans are created and maintained to complete First Pass testing on time
Maintain test plans for late testing items to complete by final gateway
Manage and track test units to ensure testing is continuing per schedule
Update test plans as issues arise – vehicles down for repair, vehicle not ready to test, etc.
Communicate test plan changes to users and test planners
Post Dedicated Electrical test plans to Test Planning Sharepoint site
Continue development of Electrical Test Planning Cookbook
Understand New Technology for Forward Model Programs
Develop New Technology Electrical Test Planning Cookbook “uplift” to determine additional test units needed to support Electrical testing needs
Two (2) years of college with courses in engineering or associated disciplines, and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience. Additional relevant education may be substituted for a portion of the experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good collaboration skills, able to work with multiple people and manage a variety of projects simultaneously
Excellent English skills (Oral, reading, writing and listening)
Ability to communicate and interact well with others
Expert user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Project) and ability to work with Macros
Exceptional organizational and planning skills
Work is performedinside in an office environment, test lab 90% of time
Outside vehicletesting 10%
Exposure to test equipment, 25%

Work hours are normally 8 hoursper day and 5 days per week, Monday-Friday. Regular attendance of scheduledhours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines andmeetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines.Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based oncritical mission requirements.
Must take and pass a pre-employmentdrug and alcohol screen, background check and HPE
Must demonstrate professionalbehavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co-workers.Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, bothverbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position andmust not impose a safety risk to self or others.
