We currently have an opportunity for an Intern withinour HR team based in The Hague. The successful person will be either a latephase Bachelor or Master student, gaining experience or a student working onhis/her graduation research and thesis.

The HR Team in The Hague consists of HR BusinessPartners, HR Admin, Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility. You will join at avery interesting time, as Jacobs has just completed the acquisition of CH2M. Asa consequence, we are refocusing our new global HR organization and working ona great many projects to further optimize our support to the business.

The HR intern will work on one or more bigger projects,such as the set up and implementation of new policies and/or benefits, sustainableemployability and/or roll out of career and competence frameworks. You will alsobe involved in multiple smaller tasks and projects, to give you a broadexposure.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Your main task will be to support HR in the roll out of one or more projects, such as the set up and implementation of new policies and/or benefits, sustainable employability and/or roll out of career and/or competence frameworks.

  • Support the HR team in other tasks whenever needed. This can be in administrative matters, but you may also be asked to review or create policies, presentations and other information or work.

  • Work according to defined standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • You are a Bachelor or Master student in the field of Human Resources Management or related.

  • You are self-propelling and know when to ask for guidance to be effective

  • You have strong problem solving capabilities

  • You have exceptional organizational and planning skills

  • You have the ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills and to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment

  • Excellent language skills (Dutch and English)
