We are looking for a driven and progressive Estimator in Englewood, CO, to support our Program Management Team within a natural gas plant.
As a Lead Estimator you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing estimating workload for estimating team to meet estimate deliverable dates. You’ll be a key contributor and mentor to a knowledgeable and supportive team as you compute cost estimates of raw materials or subcontracted work and labor; prepare and maintain historical cost data; and create cost models for estimating elements. While utilizing an estimating software, you will map out gaps and create plans to close them. You’ll tap into both your creative and analytical sides in this role as you develop cost reports and presents findings to management, contract personnel, proposal coordinators, and customer representatives.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent work experience
12+ years of estimating experience with gas projects or related
Adept at researching and resolving project-related issues
Must be proficient using MS Excel and MS Word
Demonstrated knowledge of estimating tools
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
Experience with InEight estimating software
Typical salary range for this position is $137,500 to $200,000 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
