As a Senior Commissioning Specialist, as part of our Advisory Solutions Group, you will participate in both onsite and office activities to support Building Envelope Commissioning and Energy projects. You will have the opportunity to lead and perform all building envelope commissioning related activities to include testing (QA/QC, Functional Performance), training, equipment and systems start-up, resulting in a safe and functional environment that meets established design requirements and stakeholder expectations. You will have the opportunity to be involved in energy projects including audits, efficiency studies and renewable energy development focused on improving performance for clients and positively impacting carbon reduction goals.

This role will be performed in the Western United States . Travel to construction sites is expected (typical frequency is once or twice monthly, but can be more or less frequent depending on project schedules)

Typical salary range for this position is $110,600 to $193,500 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position. For “remote” positions, salary to be offered is geographic dependent.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Arch, M. Arch, engineering degree, major in construction management preferred)

  • At least 20 years of experience in the design, construction management and/or commissioning of buildings

  • An interest in the design and construction of the building envelope

  • Progressive experience in building envelope commissioning activities such as: life safety, building/facility systems/components, and facility O&M

  • Working knowledge of NFPA and code requirements

  • US Citizenship
