We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused project architect to grow with our team.
Working as a Senior Project Architecture Professional in Denver, CO, you’ll research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, zoning and building codes, building systems and materials.
You’ll also utilize your technical expertise to mentor other professionals including less experienced Architects and Designers working closely with technical and engineering discipline leads.
Working together, we’ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future – big and small, global and local. Your role will include delivering excellence through all phases of projects from planning through construction administration and close out, maintaining firm-wide documentation procedures and standards working closely with leadership and engineering discipline leads to understand design intent and goals for successful implementation for various building design projects.
This position is a ground-floor opportunity to be a part a Denver-based team focused on federal delivery. We anticipate significant growth in the area and see the federal delivery team expanding over the next few years. The position is also expected to work closely with the local business delivery team and share work and resources seamlessly.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
At least 10 years relevant professional experience for buildings-related design projects
Professional Degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch)
Registered Architect (RA)
United States Citizenship
Experience mentoring a team of design professionals, including monitoring work performance and driving professional development
Understanding work flow and documentation for BIM (REVIT)
Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines
Advanced Knowledge of architectural building systems
Advanced Knowledge of UFCs, CBC, IBC & Accessibility Codes
Experience generating work plans, project budgets, and scopes
Experience generating and managing schedules
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under tight deadlines, while maintaining high quality standards
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Experience writing specifications
Construction Administration experience
Excellent time management skills
Strong organizational, communications (both verbal and written) skills, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign graphic software
Federal including DoD, Federal Civilian and/or Defense Contractor project experience

Typical salary range for this position is $108,900-190,600, and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
