We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Senior Project Architect to grow with our team. 

Working as a Senior Project Architecture Professional in Denver, you’ll research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, zoning and building codes, building systems and materials. You’ll also have the chance to utilize your technical expertise to mentor other professionals including less experienced Architects and Designers working closely with technical and engineering discipline leads.

Working together, we’ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future – big and small, global and local. Your role will include delivering excellence through all phases of projects from planning through construction administration and close out, maintaining firm-wide quality standards while working closely with technical leadership and engineering discipline leads to understand design intent and goals for successful implementation for various building design projects.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  •  15+ years relevant professional experience for buildings-related design projects

  • Professional Degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch)

  • Registered Architect (RA)

  • Experience mentoring a team of design professionals, including monitoring work performance and driving professional development 

  • Understanding work flow and documentation for BIM (REVIT)

  • Experience generating work plans, project budgets, schedules, and scopes

  • Advanced knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines

  • Advanced knowledge of IBC & Accessibility Codes

*Ideally You’ll Also Have:  *

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign graphic software

  • Aviation and/or Federal (including DoD) project experience

  • NCARB Certification

Typical salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000, and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
