BRIEF OUTLINE OF SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination of site personnel who will be visiting/working on the SCAAP jobsite.

  • This includes coordinating with GD-OTS on expected vendors on-site daily, confirming they have the proper documentation to be allowed on-site, and validating schedules.

  • Use of office supplies, such as printers and copiers, to produce necessary documents that will be needed for layouts, tagging equipment, etc.

  • Prepare/Analyze invoices from vendors, assist in budget adherence, work to find the best suppliers, and order inventory for the team on-site.

  • Assist with gathering, coordinating, and submitting expenses for key JACOBS site personnel.

  • Record keeping of all documents listed above.

Assist key JACOBS personnel with monotonous tasks such as taking meeting minutes, addressing sick leave/vacation requests, answering inquiries from clients, etc.

Here’s what you’ll need :

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND /OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

High-School Diploma would be considered. Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.

Microsoft Office experience preferred.

AutoCAD experience would be a huge benefit, but not necessary.

Experience with data entry, database management, and record keeping preferred.

Experience with customer interface preferred.

Invoice experience preferred.

Experience working professionally in a team environment preferred
