Your Impact:

The Recruiting Sourcer will work closely with our Recruiting team and hiring managers and will be responsible for finding, filtering, qualifying, and presenting candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for our current vacancies or proposal work. The Sourcer will also utilize creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques to target candidates major job boards, social media, and other methods. Effective candidate sourcing skills in the cleared candidate market. Experience sourcing candidates with clearances. Experience in Internet skills to include Boolean search expertise, AIRs search techniques, and creative/innovative researching knowledge. Significant staffing experience Applicant Tracking System (ATS) systems and documentation standards within an OFCCP framework Understanding of OFCCP, FLSA, and EEO standards Labor market expertise including: skill availability, labor market rates and cost, geography unique issues, time required to fill the positions, techniques required to find the skills / clearances required, and the latest trends Here’s What You’ll Need:

Responsibilities:

  • Build and own a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool.

  • Manage job postings on internal and external job sites.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s talent management system.

  • Works with managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.

  • Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and source candidates.

  • Provides information to potential applicants about the company and benefits.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sourcing on Technical positions within the Intelligence Community

  • Experience in recruiting candidates with clearance levels

  • Strong knowledge of government contract recruiting strategy and security clearance hiring process.

  • Extensive experience tracking/updating data in applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive recruiting goals in a fast pace environment

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree desired

Essential Functions

Physical Requirements:

Most work will be done at a desk or computer.

Work Environment:

General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.

Equipment & Machines:

General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.

Attendance:

Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

Other Essential Functions:

Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.

Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing. Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements. Must be willing to travel as needed. Must take and pass a drug test and background check as well as a motor vehicle records check. Must be a US citizen.
