Jacobs Information Support Specialist - Secret Cleared in Doha, Qatar

Your Impact:

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks and services on all government furnished equipment.

  • Coordinate with AlDE representatives to ensure upkeep and access to all FMV feeds.

  • Manage all CPIE software and hardware updates/migration, while keeping CPIE leadership informed of any forecasted disruptions.

  • Ensures video feeds are accessible via SIPR, SIPR-REL, and/or BICES on an ad-hoc or permanent basis as required by the mission.

  • Provide technical support for CPIE VIC/briefing systems and other miscellaneous IT systems, such as static display signs, coordinated time clocks, etc.

  • Maintain reporting and documentation of network/desktop changes impacting configuration management.

  • Coordinates accounts creation process for new personnel and providing technical support for existing account users.

Here’s what you’ll need :

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or Technology OR three years of relevant experience with CompTIA Networks - or equivalent certification

  • At least 3 years’ experience with FMV dissemination tools and systems

  • Familiar with FMV exploitation tools such as Analysis, Integration, and Modeling of Earth System (AIMES), ViDex (Video Exploitation) or equivalents across multiple classified networks including SIPR, SIPR-REL, BICES, and CPN-X

  • SECRET clearance

Desired Requirements:

  • Desired Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Technology or in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

  • Desired Experience: At least 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Clearance - TS/SCI
