As a Staff Augmentation Contracts Administrator, you’ll join our collaborative team working on assignment within our client’s organization providing award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. You’ll be responsible for managing and providing quality control oversight to processing all contracts for design and construction and purchase orders while collaborating with the Purchasing and Accounting departments.

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need:

+

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or another applicable field,

+

4 years of years’ experience in construction office and accounting procedures with skill at creating and utilizing tracking and controls systems

+

Prior Healthcare buildings experience

Ideally, you’ll also have:

+

Prior e-Builder experience

+

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting preferred

+

An ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+

Self-driven time management and organizational skills
