The International Treasury Analyst is responsible for developing and managing the Company’s global, liquidity management and the corresponding banking and other financial institutions relationships.

  • Provide global liquidity management to international entities through comprehensive analysis and settlement of transfer pricing invoices, legacy intercompany trade invoices and intercompany loans

  • Keep transfer pricing invoices current by settling within 90 days to avoid adverse tax impacts

  • Manage international cash balances to target levels by recommending and executing best strategies to support global consolidation of excess cash in U.S. to pay down debt

  • Execute and/or settle intercompany loans by obtaining approval from various stakeholders, drafting and executing loan documentation and directing movement of funds

  • Execute global FX trades and direct cash movement to settle FX contracts

  • Work closely with accounting, accounts receivables and accounts payables to facilitate international cash movements and booking

  • Establish business-oriented priorities and best practices for cash and debt management to provide an efficient use of the companies working capital.

  • Proactive management of Jacobs banking partners. Prepare periodic banking partner reports.

  • Ensure the most effective investment of cash balances within operating businesses around the world.

  • Develop and manage close relationships with:

  • External Banks

  • Internal: CFO/Controller/Regional Controllers

  • Complete and manage month and quarter end Oracle closings

  • Other projects as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Five years of treasury management experience in a multi-national business environment or a financial services organization doing International banking.

  • Hands-on experience with transfer pricing, FX trading, cash management, and online banking systems - both in the US and Internationally.

  • Superior business and analytical skills, able to focus on key issues and solve problems.

  • Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level.

  • Expresses a proper sense of urgency from both a personal perspective and from the nature of a given assignment. Likes to achieve quick and accurate results.

  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle, Excel and Access.

  • An undergraduate degree in either accounting or finance is required. An MBA is preferred.
