International Treasury Analyst

The International Treasury Analyst is responsible for developing and managing the Company’s global, liquidity management and the corresponding banking and other financial institutions relationships.
Provide global liquidity management to international entities through comprehensive analysis and settlement of transfer pricing invoices, legacy intercompany trade invoices and intercompany loans
Keep transfer pricing invoices current by settling within 90 days to avoid adverse tax impacts
Manage international cash balances to target levels by recommending and executing best strategies to support global consolidation of excess cash in U.S. to pay down debt
Execute and/or settle intercompany loans by obtaining approval from various stakeholders, drafting and executing loan documentation and directing movement of funds
Execute global FX trades and direct cash movement to settle FX contracts
Work closely with accounting, accounts receivables and accounts payables to facilitate international cash movements and booking
Establish business-oriented priorities and best practices for cash and debt management to provide an efficient use of the companies working capital.
Proactive management of Jacobs banking partners. Prepare periodic banking partner reports.
Ensure the most effective investment of cash balances within operating businesses around the world.
Develop and manage close relationships with:
Internal: CFO/Controller/Regional Controllers
Complete and manage month and quarter end Oracle closings
Other projects as assigned by manager
Five years of treasury management experience in a multi-national business environment or a financial services organization doing International banking.
Hands-on experience with transfer pricing, FX trading, cash management, and online banking systems - both in the US and Internationally.
Superior business and analytical skills, able to focus on key issues and solve problems.
Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level.
Expresses a proper sense of urgency from both a personal perspective and from the nature of a given assignment. Likes to achieve quick and accurate results.
Advanced knowledge of Oracle, Excel and Access.
An undergraduate degree in either accounting or finance is required. An MBA is preferred.
