Manager, Global Recruitment Operations


As the Manager, Global Recruitment Operations you will support effective, efficient, and optimized global recruitment systems, processes, and procedures.

This is an exciting time in our new Jacobs organization and this role will oversee multiple projects to assist the HR organization move towards the future! Your Project Management experience and strategic thinking of the “big picture” and ability to take ideas from vision to execution are a must need. Although there are several upcoming projects you will manage and deliver across numerous geographies, your duties will focus around changes and advancements in operational processes and systems that insure top notch candidate experience, working with the Project Management Office in support of change management efforts internally and externally, and supervise training to current and new staff.

If you are great at building relationships in the organization, have great negotiation skills and can take a strong leadership role in implementing upcoming new policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success then you are the person we are looking for.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and five (5) years of experience in project management; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience successfully managing small teams.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Ability to demonstrate schedule flexibility to accommodate working in various time zones across the globe.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Five (5) years of progressive recruiting operations experience.

  • Excellent analytical capabilities, conceptual thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages and executable plans.

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills including cross-cultural awareness, sensitivity in communication, and skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Proven ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, and balance multiple competing priorities.

  • Knowledge and experience with applicant tracking system usage and administration; Taleo experience preferred.

  • Able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success.
