We are looking for a driven and curious Senior Scheduler in Englewood, CO, to support our Program Management Team within a natural gas plant.

As a key member of our program support team, you’ll be interacting with engineering and construction to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule, working within Primavera (P6), organize and document Interactive Planning Sessions (IAP) with project stakeholders, and support overlapping project scheduling tasks, issue management, meeting facilitation, document control and monthly status reporting to the Project Management Team. You will also utilize your expertise to analyze CPM schedules, recommend workarounds and schedule improvements, present project trends and forecast performance reports to management and to make recommendations on strategies to resolve project issues.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Advance knowledge and proven experience of Project Management principles and Project Control Cycles.

  • Prior experience reporting on all levels of project schedules, quality, monitor project progress, risk and ensure project milestones are met.

  • Proven experience identifying the project risks as well as develop mitigation measures to the Project Management team.

  • Prior experience presenting project trends and forecast performance reports to management and make recommendations on strategies to resolve project issues

  • Must be extremely proficient in Primavera (P6) v8.2 and above

Ideally you’ll have:

  • Experience in preparing schedules for natural gas pipeline projects
