Jacobs Mid Intelligence Integrator in Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Jacobs is seeking for an Intelligence Integrator, Mid to support its federal program at Ft. Belvoir VA. The program works directly with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. The program is a major player in the modernization efforts occurring for data services and strategy, including the support services of program of records for analysts.

The program works directly with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. The program is a major player in the modernization efforts occurring for data services and strategy, including the support services of program of records for analysts.

Responsibilities:

Work with Contractor and Government team leads to coordinate and schedule bilateral/multilateral partner teleconferences and continuously engage with all partners to identify and establish additional requirements. Provide government customer with detailed layout translation of partner intelligence architectures, detail standard operating procedures on how to communicate with each partner through multiple networks, and better assist government customer on how to facilitate rapid dissemination of releasable intelligence reporting to appropriate partners.

  • Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.

  • Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.

  • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.

  • Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.

  • Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Required Education: High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR Associate’s degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.

  • Required Experience: 7 years’ demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.

  • Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance

Preferred:

  • Desired Experience: Minimum 10 years’ of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

  • Desired: Ability to operate with minimum to no direction or supervision and communicate blockers or issues to both contractor lead and government lead.

  • Desired: Experience with working with partner nations, including an understanding of organizational structure.
