Your Impact:

  • The government client requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for any/all positions that will require travel. Full vaccination (against COVID-19) is defined as: an individual must be either two weeks past the last shot of a two-shot vaccination sequence, or two weeks past the only shot of a one-shot vaccination sequence. Description of Duties: The Senior Property Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

  • Support the Site Lead through Property Management requirements and logistics requirements.

  • Have an area of responsibility of NCR and regional facilities.

  • Target emphasis that is focused on asset accountability & total life cycle management including warehousing, receiving, shipping, inventory control, product disposal, reutilization and customer support.

  • Tag all high dollar and pilferable items with MDA barcodes for asset tracking and inventory management into Remedy and DPAS.

  • Monitor, track and maintain continuous updates on location changes in Remedy database for assets that are issued, moved, transferred or disposed.

  • Ensure proper development of all property outcomes, emphasizing materials management, data integrity, physical inventory, bench stock, calibration, and customer support operations for property management.

  • Support Move Team operations for IT and non-IT equipment and materials concentrating on end user devices such as desktops, laptops, monitors, VOIP phones, Zero Clients and accessories/peripherals.

  • Concentrate on performing internal audit requirements for data mining, data review, data comparison and data corrections both physical and electronic.

  • Accomplish records reviews, updates, provides corrections, recommendations for process improvement, and reviews processes.

  • Execute records management and updates to Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB).

  • Assist management with warehouse duties including pulling and returning property from stock, managing records associated to warehouse activities, warehouse inventory and material handling.

  • Manage the NCR property team in the absence of the NCR Property Lead.

  • This position will be filled at Fort Belvoir, VA.This position is expected to pay $108,900 - $118,900 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days. Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 8 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 6 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 2 years of general experience

  • If this position requires travel selected candidate must be willing to provide proof of fully vaccinated (against COVID-19) status? (the process of which must be completed prior to the anticipated start date)

  • Must have 4 years of directly related Remedy Database experience.

  • Must have 2 years of experience in management or leadership roles.

  • Must have a firm understanding of accountability of Government property and guidelines outlined by FAR and DFARS.

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for extended periods and stoop/reach to move boxes and retrieve property.

  • Must have data entry skills with the ability to create, update or correct data at a high level with a high number of records corrected or created per day.

  • Must have ability to operate material handling equipment.

  • Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
